For the past 31 years, Ted developed significant expertise in the defense, litigation and appeal of workers’ compensation matters, including extensive experience in Appellate law, insurance coverage law, subrogation and indemnification litigation and Medicare issues.
Ted currently resides in Wisconsin. He grew up in Quincy, Illinois, where he was a championship swimmer and competed in state championships and marathon swims down the Mississippi River. He is an avid gardener. Prior to making law his profession, Ted developed expertise in the medical profession with over 10 years of hospital and patient care experience. Ted graduated from the University of Illinois – Chicago with a degree in Political Science and achieved his Juris Doctorate at IIT – Kent College of Law.
Ted, who has 15 years of experience as a defense firm partner, has represented employers in over 50 cases on appeal before the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts on various workers’ compensation and insurance coverage related issues.
